Information about delivery

Our drives are used all around the world – and even on Mars! We therefore deliver products from our online shop to nearly every country.

The online shop does not deliver to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Bahrain, Burundi, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Congo, Lebanon, Libya, Liberia, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Belarus, and the Central African Republic. Our sales companies and the responsible teams at our headquarters will be happy to offer further help.

As soon as you put a product in the shopping cart, we will display its availability. This is because it's not apparent whether you are ordering an individual component or a combination of products until the item is in the shopping cart.

This product is in our main warehouse and will be delivered within 24 hours on working days. Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 working days

The product as such is not in stock, but components are available. Within 11 working days, the package will be handed over for shipping. Estimated delivery time: up to 15 working days.

This product is currently not in stock. Order now and we will deliver as soon as the product has been manufactured. We will of course confirm the delivery date after receipt of your order. Your credit card will only be charged once we have confirmed shipment.

Some of our products are in stock, others are custom-made especially for you. As a result, delivery times can vary widely. Please note the shipping information on the product. You will receive confirmation of shipping as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.

We do not offer partial deliveries. The latest delivery date in a multi-product order is therefore the delivery date for the entire order. If you urgently need a product that is currently available, please place an individual order for this product.

Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are carried out by Swiss Post. Deliveries to Germany are sent from our Munich location via UPS. For Japan, standard deliveries are sent from our Tokyo location via Yamato Transport; priority shipments are sent by Fedex. The deliveries to all other countries are handled by Fedex. If you would like to make use of your own logistics provider, please provide the information in the comments field of the order.

We deliver the merchandise duty paid within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Europe*, and Japan. *We cover the following countries in Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom. 

VAT is charged only for deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Japan.

Value added tax, import duties, or charges may be incurred for deliveries outside the countries mentioned above.
